“Shaq Daddy's” remarkable basketball career spanned nearly two decades, during which he played for six NBA teams. Standing 7 feet 1 inch tall (2.16 meters) and weighing over 300 pounds (136 kilograms), he possessed staggering size, strength, and athleticism, making him a dominant force on the basketball court.
Shaq played college basketball at Louisiana State University (LSU) before declaring for the NBA draft in 1992. He was selected as the first overall pick by the Orlando Magic, instantly becoming one of the league's most promising young talents winning the NBA Rookie of the Year award.
In 1996, O'Neal joined the Los Angeles Lakers and achieved unbelievable success. Paired with fellow superstar Kobe Bryant, he led the Lakers to three consecutive NBA championships from 2000 to 2002.
